How it differs from physical therapy
Yoga therapy is different than physical therapy in that it uses protocols of corrective movement as only one piece of the multi-dimensional experience. Your health will be approached through a biopsychosocial model recognising that wellbeing is shaped by the dynamic interaction between biological, psychological, and social factors — not by pathology alone.
