My Offerings
We begin with a client assessment form that you complete prior to your first session. I incorporate the information with my knowledge and understanding of Yoga Therapy to create your personal treatment plan. Our first session will be 90 minutes, during which time we further discuss your needs and goals followed by a guided practice of your treatment plan. Modifications are made as required by you. Upon completion you will have your take away treatment plan to practice in the comfort of your own home.
This session is for you to refine your treatment plan by modifying any components that you feel are not benefiting you. We can also add elements to your plan for any changes in your goals or life that have arisen.
Including your initial consultation (90 mins) followed up with 2 extra sessions (60 mins each). This package provides space for you to refine and further customise your treatment plan. It offers extra support at the initial stages of your journey to help develop healthy habits and establish discipline in your practice.
